They didn't hold back on the sauce and all the clams we got were all opened. I wish they used a bigger sized clams but the dish still worked for me. They do give you quite a bit of clams but they use the smaller sized clams. The presentation is unique for chinese restaurants but definitely contemporary/upscale.
